How to make Spinach-and-Cheddar Quiche

1.Preheat
the oven to 350°F.
2.Line
a muffin tin with 8 cupcake liners and spray each liner with nonstick
cooking spray.

the bottom of a medium saucepan with a couple inches of water and
insert a steamer basket. Bring the

a medium mixing bowl, combine the spinach, eggs, Cheddar cheese,
and salt. Pour the mixture evenly
into the lined cups.
5.Bake
for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of a
quiche comes out clean. Enjoy warm.
