Papaya Sauce

How to make PapayaSauce

Prep time: 5 minutes| Cook time: 0 minutes | Makes approximately

1 cup
½ large very ripe papaya (about 1 cup)
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Artificial sweetener (Splenda or Truvia) to taste (optional)

1. Peel and seed papaya and scoop flesh into a food processor or
blender.

2. Add vanilla and lime juice and purée until very smooth (if sauce is
not sweet enough, add artificial sweetener to taste).

Per Serving (2 tablespoons)
