Stir-Fry Sauce

How to make Stir-FrySauce

Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 0 minutes | Makes about ¾ cup
¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons brown sugar (or sugar substitute)
¼ cup water
1 teaspoon sriracha
2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1. In a medium bowl, whisk to combine the soy sauce, ginger, garlic,
sugar, water, sriracha, and vinegar.

2. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to one week.
