Garlic Sauce

How to make GarlicSauce

approximately 1 cup
½ cup plain, fat-free yogurt
4 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
½ cup low-sodium chicken broth

1. Pour yogurt into a fine-mesh strainer over a small bowl and let
stand for 15 minutes. Discard any liquid that has drained from yogurt.

2. In a small bowl, crush garlic until it forms a paste, then stir in
lemon juice.

3. Add drained yogurt to garlic mixture and stir well.

4. In a small saucepan, bring chicken broth to a simmer, stir in
yogurt-garlic mixture, and simmer for 1 minute more, stirring
constantly.
