Moroccan-Spiced Ground Beef

Prep Time: 5 Minutes | Cook Time: 20 Minutes| Serves 4

1 pound 95 percent lean ground beef
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper

1.In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook the beef for about 10
minutes, crumbling it with a fork as it cooks, until no pink remains.

2.Reduce the heat to low and add the cumin, cinnamon, garlic powder, and nutmeg. Stir to combine.

3.Add the oil and stir again, then cook for another 10 minutes.

4.Season with salt and pepper and serve.
