Hoisin And Soy Beef

Prep Time: 5 Minutes | Cook Time: 20 Minutes| Serves 4

1 pound 95 percent lean ground beef
3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sriracha or juice of 1 lime

1.Warm a large skillet or heavy bottomed pan over medium heat. Add the
ground beef and cook for about 5 minutes, or until just beginning to
brown. Use a spatula to break up the beef into smaller crumbles.

2.Add the hoisin, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha and stir well to
combine.

3.Continue to stir the meat for about 15 minutes, or until the beef reaches an internal temperature of 160°F and is no longer pink inside. Serve warm.
