Ham and Swiss Eggs

How to make Hamand Swiss Eggs

Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 5 minutes | Serves1

1 teaspoon butter
4 eggs (lightly beaten)
2 tablespoons skim milk
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup finely minced cooked ham

1. Whisk the eggs and milk until well combined and season to taste
with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a medium nonstick skillet over
medium heat and add the egg mixture. Cook and stir until the eggs are
completely set and cooked through, 5 to 6 minutes.

2. Add the cheese and ham to the eggs and stir until combined and
heated through. Season the eggs to taste with salt and pepper and
serve immediately. Enjoy!
