Balsamic Vinaigrette

Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 0 minutes | Makes about ½ cup

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper

1. In a medium bowl, whisk the Dijon and balsamic vinegar together
until well combined.

2. Add the honey and whisk well.

3. Slowly drizzle the olive oil into the vinegar mixture and whisk until
well combined.

4. Season with salt and pepper. Serve, or store in an airtight
container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
