Parmesan & Herb Coated Chicken Strips

1/4 cup whole wheat bread-crumbs

1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. paprika

1 large egg, white only
6 oz. Skinless chicken breasts, sliced into the 1-inch-thick strip.
