Homemade Croutons

Homemade Croutons Recipe make a big impact on a salad by providing crunch and seasoning. Cooks often use stale bread to make croutons, reducing waste.

Ingredients
1 loaf Bread
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Oregano
¼ tsp. Paprika
¼ tsp. Pepper

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350°.

2. Cut the bread into ½-inch cubes and put into a large bowl. Drizzle the olive oil over the bread. Sprinkle the bread with the oregano, paprika, and pepper.

3. Toss the bread lightly in the oil and spices. 

4. Spread the bread out on a sheet tray and put the tray into the oven. Bake the croutons 15 minutes, or until crispy and browned.

5. Store in an airtight container until use.
