Teriyaki Maki

Teriyaki Maki is a type of best sushi, Traditional of chinese new year recipe. try a taste of Japanese cuisine with this delicious sushi dish.

Ingredients 
300 g of boneless chicken (1 breast thick)
Teriyaki Sauce:
4 tablespoons soy
2 tablespoons mirin
(Sweet rice wine for cooking)
2 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons water
a pinch of ginger striped
1 / 2 peeled avocado
2 non (seaweed sheets)
4 cups shari (sushi rice, p.20)
1 / 2 cup white sesame seeds
soy sauce, wasabi and gad to accompany

Method 
1.Cut the chicken fillets and thin as long as possible.

2.Mix sauce ingredients and put half a tin pan on high heat.

3.Add chicken and cook until it becomes golden brown and cooked. Cut the chicken ready and avocado into strips. Book.

4.Seaweed sheets cut in half and place one half on the mat.

5.Follow steps 1 and 2 explained on p.25, leaving 2 inches free of rice on the inside margin seaweed sheet.

6.Sprinkle on sesame white rice.

7.Turn the pages of algae, so that the rice is down on the mat. Fill with avocado and chicken and cooked.

8.Assemble and roll according to steps 3, 4, 5 and 6

9.Cut rolls in 8 units completed and serve a roll by person, together with the remaining teriyaki sauce, wasabi and Gail
