How to make SweetPotatoes with Egg Whites

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Spread 2

oil over a medium-sized baking sheet. Place the potatoes on the baking
sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow it
to cool for a while. Lower the oven heat to 200 degrees F. Meanwhile,
chop the onions into small pieces. Separate egg whites from yolks.

mixture over a baking sheet and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
