6 oz. skinless and boneless turkey breasts, cubed.
1/2 cup canned tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped.
2 tsp. fresh garlic, crushed.
2 tsp. fresh ginger, crushed.
3 tsp. cumin powder
3 tbsp. water
1 tsp. garam masala
1 tbsp. coriander seeds
1/2 cup pre-cooked polenta/cornmeal, cubed.
2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro.

1. Place all the ingredients, except the polenta and cilantro, into the
slow cooker pot, and set on LOW for 6-7 hours. About 30 minutes
before serving, add the cubed polenta into the slow cooker.

2. Garnish with fresh cilantro to serve. If desired, precooked polenta
can be air-fried and then topped over with the curry. The crispy texture
with curry is delicious.
