Shredded Chicken and Berry Salad

Prep time: 15 minutes | Cook time: 5 minutes | Serves 3

6 oz. Grilled chicken, shredded.
1 cup peeled and grated carrot.
1/2 cup shredded cucumbers
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries, stems removed and halved.

1. Combine the chicken, carrots, cucumbers, and berries in a salad
bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
