Seafood Sauce

Prep time: 10 minutes, plus 30 minutes to chill| Makes 2 cups

1½ cups catsup (free from high-fructose corn syrup)
2 tablespoons grated horseradish
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 In a small bowl, mix to combine the catsup, horseradish, lemon juice,
Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, and pepper. Refrigerate, covered, for
at least 30 minutes or overnight to let the flavors meld.

2 Serve with shrimp cocktail, oysters, grilled scallops, or other seafood.
