8 100% whole-grain thin sandwich rolls, such as Thomas’ sandwich thins

1. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray, and
place it over medium
heat. Add the beef and cook until it is no longer pink, about 10

4. Toast the sandwich rolls (if using), spoon
about ¾ cup of sloppy joe onto each roll or plate, and serve.
