How to make Braised Pork with Apples and Onions
Prep time: 15 minutes | Cook time: 30 minutes| Serves 4
1 pound pork tenderloin
Olive oil cooking spray
2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon ground fresh grated ginger
1 large onion, cut into ½-inch wedges (about 1½ cups)
2 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and cut into ½-inch
wedges
2 packets artificial sweetener (Splenda or Truvia)
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ cup water

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

6. Slice meat thinly and serve.
