Banana Brûlée Yogurt Parfait

Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 5 minutes| Serves 1

Nonstick cooking spray
¼ cup banana slices
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
Dash ground cinnamon

1.Spray a small skillet with cooking spray. Place over medium heat.

2.Place the banana slices in the skillet. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the
banana slices. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until heated
through. Remove from the heat.

3.Place the yogurt into a bowl and pour the banana mixture over the
yogurt. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy immediately.
