Fruit Smoothie Recipe is a lowfat smoothie can be a great dessert choice for someone trying to gain weight.
Ingredients
1 cup Ice cubes
1 Banana, frozen
1 ½ cups Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup Lowfat milk
1 cup Orange juice
Yield 4 servings
Method:
1. Put the ice cubes into a carefully cleaned blender. Add the banana and strawberries. Pour in half the milk.
2. Turn the blender on. Stop to add the rest of the milk and the orange juice in parts.
3. Adding the liquid slowly and in stages will aid the blender if it has difficulty with the ice.
4. Serve in chilled glasses.
