Pisco Sour Cocktail

Pisco Sour Cocktail is a classic with a new twist fruity and delicious Pisco Sour Cocktail recipe and Great luxury elegant Hotel Restaurant Cocktail.

Ingredients 
MAKES I DRINK
¼ cup pisco
1/8 cup—1/8cup plus
2 tsp freshly squeezed
lemon juice
1 1/2 tbs sugar syrup
(i.e. simple syrup)
1 fresh egg white

Plus:
Ice cubes
Cocktail shaker
Bar strainer
Collins glass (8 oz)
1 straw

Method 
1.Combine pisco, lemon juice, sugar syrup. egg white and 4 ice cubes in the shaker, close, and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.

2 Strain shaker contents into the collins glass over 3 ice cubes and serve with the straw.

Tips 
Non-alcoholic: To make a Pineapple Sour, combine 16 cup plus 2 teaspoons pineapple juice, 4 tea spoons freshly squeezed lemon juice, 2 teaspoons sugar syrup, and 3 ¡ce cubes in a shaker, shake, and pour over ice. 

Garnish with I maraschino cherry.
