Frothy Apple Cocktail for those that know. think Mojito! If you are looking for a refreshing drink this is it. Give it a whirl. Very Refreshing and Aromatic Great luxury elegant Hotel Restaurant Cocktail.

Ingredients 

MAKES I DRINK

1/8 cup Calvados

1/4 cup unfiltered

apple Juice

2 tsp freshly squeezed

lemon juice

1 1/2 tbs cherry syrup

I fresh egg white

(optional)

Plus:

Ice cubes

Cocktail shaker

Bar strainer

Collins glass (8 oz)

1 straw

Method 

1 Combine Calvados, apple juice, lemon juice, 2 teaspoons cherry syrup, egg white and  4 ice cubes in the shaker, close, and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.

2 Strain shaker contents into the collins glass over 3 ice cubes. 

3.Drizzle remaining 2 teaspoons cherry juice over the top and serve with the straw.

Tips 

The frothy head is cre ated by the egg white. although you can also leave it out. if desired.
