Blackberry pie foam

Ingredients 
Makes 8
150 g bittersweet chocolate
8 meringue shells (FP)
750 g blackberries
Zest and juice of 1 untreated orange
200 g sugar
200 ml cream
1 tablespoon slivered almonds

Method 
1 coarsely chopped chocolate in the hot Water dissolve. The meringue shells to spread. The blackberries Clean, wash and dry on kitchen paper.
