Ingredients

1 1/2tbsvodka
1/8 cup peppermint liqueur
1/8 cup banana liqueur
2 tsp freshly squeezed
lemon juice
Tonic water for topping up
1 dash Angostura
For the garnish:
Mint sprig
Plus:
Ice cubes
Cocktail shaker
Bar strainer
Collins glass (8 oz)
Method
1. Combine vodka, pepper mint liqueur, banana liqueur, lemon juice and 4 ice cubes in the shaker, close, and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
2 Strain shaker contents into the collins glass over 3 ¡ce cubes. Top up with tonic water and add 1—2 dashes Angostura. Serve garnished with a mint sprig.
