Azzurino Cocktail so easy was a hit. definately great for hot days and easy and Yummy has been added to the favourite's list in this house. Great luxury elegant Hotel Restaurant Cocktail.

Ingredients

MAKES I DRINK

2 tsp vodka

1 1/2 tbs vermouth blanco

(e.g. Martini Blanco)

1 1/2 tbs almond liqueur

(e.g. amaretto)

2 tsp blue curaçao

1½ tbs freshly squeezed

lemon juice

Lemon soda (e.g. 7up)

for topping up

Plus:

Ice cubes

Cocktail shaker

Bar strainer

Collins glass (8 oz)

Method 

1 Combine vodka, vermouth, amaretto, blue curaçao, lemon juice and ice cubes in the shaker, close, and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.

2 Strain shaker contents into the collins glass over 3 ice cubes and top up with lemon soda.
