Tamago is known as a egg pangueque sushi, best for restaurant, Chinese new year recipe.

Ingredients 
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
8 large eggs
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt

TOOLS
ko ka-pan (pan rectangular) (You can use a round pan cutting the edges of the pancake to making a governing Igul) strainer

Method
1.Dissolve the cornstarch in 2 tablespoons boiling water and set aside. Beat eggs, sugar, salt and cornstarch dissolved without foaming.

2.Strain mixture and reserve. Pass a piece of absorbent paper with oil pan and then take a small amount of
mixture, enough to completely cover the pan and ot) have a rather thin pariqueque.
