Ingredients
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
8 large eggs
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt

Method
1.Dissolve the cornstarch in 2 tablespoons boiling water and set aside. Beat eggs, sugar, salt and cornstarch dissolved without foaming.
