Inari-Zushi

Inari-Zushi is known as a com pangueque fried egg sushi, best for restaurant, Chinese new year recipe.

Ingredients 
For usuyaki-Tarnag (thin egg pancakes):
2 tablespoon of maĆ­ceria ites
2 tablespoons water
8 large egg
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups oil
1 / 2 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons sugar
2 cups shari
sushi rice
red to decorate gari (ginger ask)
soy sauce, wasabi and gari to accompany

Method 
Prepare thin egg pancakes as prescribed

Cut the pancakes into rectangular pieces about 4 cm wide and fry in oil hot (for any frying oil used should Sr. refined and stable at high temperatures should not smoke during frying and should not rust).

Pass the fried pieces in boiling water, quickly remove and let styling (so throw away the oil).

Cook over medium heat 1 cup water, 1 / 2 soy sauce tablespoons sugar y3. 

When this mixture begins to boil, add the pieces of pancake styles and cook for 15 minutes.

Remove from pan and let cool style. Do "finger of rice," and wrap in pieces of pancake previously prepared.

Garnish with red gari. Serve 3 pieces per person and accompanied by soy sauce, wasabi and gari.
