Gunkan

Gunkan is a lot easier to make than classic or sushi, best for restaurant, Chinese new year recipe.

Ingredients 
2 non (seaweed sheets)
2 cups shari
Sushi rice
1 / 2 cup ikura
(Salmon roe)
(Also can be filled with
or sea urchin roe)
soy sauce, wasabi and gai
to accompany

Method 
1. Seaweed sheets cut into pieces do 9 fingers long and
