Maple-Sesame Peanuts


Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 5 minutes | Makes about ½ cup

1 tablespoon maple syrup
½ cup roasted and salted shelled peanuts
2 teaspoons white sesame seeds
2 teaspoons black sesame seeds

1. In a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat, warm the maple
syrup for about 30 seconds.

2. Add the peanuts and coat to combine, then turn off the heat and
let the mixture sit for about 1 minute.

3. While the peanuts rest, in a small bowl, combine the sesame
seeds.

4. Transfer the peanuts to a plate and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top. Let them cool and serve.
