Cocoa Chia Mousse

How to make CocoaChia Mousse

Prep time: 5 minutes | Serves: 1
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup nonfat plain yogurt
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp chocolate whey protein
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
½ tsp stevia sweetener

1. In a small-sized mixing bowl, add the almond milk, plain yogurt,
chia seeds, chocolate whey protein, unsweetened cocoa powder, and
stevia sweetener. Whisk to combine.

2. Spoon the mixture into a dessert bowl and allow to set in the
refrigerator for 5 hours or overnight.

3. Enjoy straight from the bowl.
