Citrus Pudding

How to make CitrusPudding

Prep time: 15 minutes | Serves: 4

1½ cups boiling water
1 (6 oz) sugar-free orange-flavored gelatin
2 cups ice cubes
1½ cups whipped topping
½ orange, skin removed and thinly sliced

1. In a large-sized mixing bowl, add the boiling water and orangeflavored
gelatin, mix for 2 minutes, until the gelatin has completely
dissolved.

2. Add the ice cubes and mix until it has melted. Place in the fridge
for 5 to 10 minutes, until thickened.

3. Gently fold in the whipped topping.

4. Divide the mixture into 4 dessert bowls and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

5. Garnish with orange slices before serving.
