How to make TurkeyTacos

1 lb. pack lean ground turkey meat,
1 envelope low sodium taco seasoning
1 can black beans, any size
1 can tomatoes, any size
1 sweet onion
1 red bell pepper
2 cups of water

1. Heat skillet to medium and sauté onion and
bell pepper until
tender. Add turkey meat and stir into veggies, breaking up the meat as much as possible. Combine canned tomatoes and black beans into a meat mixture.

2. Add taco seasoning, then water to desired
consistency. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
Serve with a baked tostada or wrap with an iceberg lettuce leaf. Top
with fat-free sour cream and fat-free cheddar.
