Ingredients:
300 g carrots
300 g of kohlrabi
150 g red onions
5 sprigs thyme
5 eggs
100 ml milk
1 bag Maggi fix & fresh cauliflower potato gratin with ham
1 tablespoon THOMY pure sunflower oil
1 tablespoon butter
50 g grated Emmental cheese
Method:
1. Carrots and turnips Clean, wash and peel. Sliced carrots and turnips cut into sticks. Peel onions and cut into cubes.
2. Thyme Wash, shake dry, pluck off leaves and chop finely.
3. Eggs and milk together. Maggi fix & fresh cauliflower with potato gratin and ham the thyme and stir.
4. In a pan THOMY pure sunflower oil can be hot and the vegetables 3-5 min simmer. 3 tablespoons of water and covered in low heat cook about 5 minutes.
5. Add butter and melt. Stir in Swiss cheese.
6. The egg mixture and pour over covered in about 20 minutes on a low heat can falter. The finished tortilla using a large plate from the pan and serve overthrow.
Notes and Tips:
Cut the tortilla into small cubes. With a wooden skewer make the Tortilla cube serve great at parties.
