Spiced-Up Chili

Spiced-Up Chili Recipe With ground turkey and beans, this chili recipe packs protein.

Ingredients
1 cup Chopped onion
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
8 oz. Ground turkey
2 cups Prepared salsa
1 can (15 oz.) Kidney beans
1 can (15 oz.) Black beans
1 can (15 oz.) Crushed tomatoes
1 tsp. Chili powder
1 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Cumin
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/8 tsp. Cayenne pepper

Method:
1. In a large pot, add the olive oil and cook the onions on low heat until nearly tender.

2. Add the ground turkey to the pot and continue cooking until the meat cooked through.

3. Add the salsa, beans, tomatoes and tomato paste and bring to a simmer, stirring often.

4. Let everything cook together for 30 minutes. Stir in the spices and let the chili cook for another 10 minutes.

5. Serve hot in bowls.
