Citrus Fruit Salad

Ingredients
2 Grapefruits
2 Oranges
1 Lime
¼ tsp. Vanilla extract

Method:
1. Carefully wash and pat dry the fruits. Carefully remove the peel and as much pith as possible without damaging the fruit.
2. On a cutting board, lay the grapefruit on its side and cut round slices. Remove any seeds. Repeat with the oranges.

3. Place the fruit slices in a salad bowl and squeeze the lime juice over them.

4. Add the vanilla extract and toss gently.

5. Chill for at least 30 minutes and serve.
