Filipino Beef Embutido

3.5 lbsground beef
1 largered bell pepper; chopped
8 tbspsweet relish
7 eggs; beaten
1 cupraisin
3 1/2 tsp.Salt
3 tspsugar
3 tbspcatsup
1/2 tsppepper
5 tspcornstarch

Very simple, just mix everything, put enough of the mixture in an aluminum foil and make an 8" roll. When done, put the rolled mixture on a steamer. Steam for 45 minutes.
