Crispy Potato Wedges

The Crispy Potato Wedges Recipe my husband and kids gobbled 'em up before dinner was even ready! No ketchup needed, they were yummy right off the baking sheet. My oven must run hot though because I only needed 15 minutes on each side and they were perfect. Thanks for sharing this recipe, it's a keeper!

Makes: 4

1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon canola oil
4 medium baking potatoes

Cut each potato into 12 wedges; place in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients; toss to coat. 

Arrange in a single layer in a 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes. Turn; bake 25-30 minutes longer or until crisp.
