spicy stir fried green beans

The spicy stir fried green beans recipe prep time: 20 minutes start to finish: 20 minutes 6 servings (1⁄2 cup each)

1⁄3 cup stir-fry sauce
2 teaspoons chili garlic paste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
6 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
1 teaspoon sesame seed

1 In medium bowl, mix stir-fry sauce and chili garlic paste; set aside.

2 In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.

3 Add green beans; toss in hot oil and cook 5 to 7 minutes, stirring every minute, until bright green and crisp-tender (mixture may spatter during cooking).

4 Beans will sizzle, blister and brown in spots. Remove skillet from heat.

5 With slotted spoon, remove beans from skillet; add to sauce mixture in bowl. Toss to coat. Place in serving bowl; sprinkle with sesame seed.

Notes and Tips:
