Lemon Coconut Cake

Ingredients:
250 g caster sugar
2 eggs

6 cl lemon juice
180 g icing sugar
90 g coconut

Method:
In a large bowl, mix eggs with sugar and cream. Add flour, coconut, lemon zest, the salt, milk and butter.

Mix until dough is smooth. Pour the dough into a 22 cm diameter greased and floured. Bake cake in preheated oven at 180 ° C
for 25 to 30 minutes.

Prepare the glaze by mixing coconut all ingredients. Remove cake from oven, unmold gently coat it with a glaze ¡coconut and let cool.

Place the cake cool for 1 hour before serve.
