White Rice Bap

White Rice Bap Recipe is that the preparation of it often involves the process of fermentation. Fermentation was frequently utilized by enlightened spiritual practitioners of ancient Korea to create food that would benefit all people.

Ingredients:
1.3 lb rice, water (1.2-1.4 times the volume of rice)

Method:
Rinse the rice in cold water to wash off dust and rice bran. Soak it in water for about 30
minutes.

For newly harvested rice, less water (about 1.2 times the volume of rice) should be added. 

For aged rice, more water (1.5 times the volume of rice) should be used.

Once the rice is cooked, let it sit for about 10 minutes. The rice becomes fully cooked through this process. 

When rice is cooked the best tasting rice is located in the middle. It should be evenly mixed with rice from other parts of the pot.
