Ingredients:
Serves 8 to 10
1/4 cup light soy sauce
4 teaspoons sesame oil
10 John Dory fillet, or any white
fish fillet
10 stalks Baguio pechay, leaves
separated
2 pieces medium size ginger,
grated
10 stalks spring onions, minced
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons
vegetable oil
Method:
In a bowl, mix together I ght soy sauce and sesame oil. Set aside.
Arrange each slice of fish on top of a pechay leaf. Lay each on a steamer. Steam for aroLnd 5 minutes or until both are cooked.
Transfer each fish with the pechay to a serving dish. Top each fish with ginger and spring onions.
Meanwhile in a wok or fring pan, heat oil until very hot but not smoking.
Pour hot oil o’er fish to cook spring onions and ginger.
Pour soy sauce and sesame oil mixture over each fish eĆenly.
