Teigrollchen with spinach

Teigrollchen with spinach is just brilliant! My only criticism would be that it just isn't big enough. Fabulous and Very entertainment.

Ingredients 
For 4 servings
750 g spinach
1 chopped garlic clove
2 chopped onions
2 tablespoons olive oil
225g diced feta cheese
1 p. Yufka dough, 400 g (puff pastry)
Oil for frying

Method 
1.Wash and clean a spinach, and drain. With minced garlic and onions in 2 tablespoons olive oil in a sauté pan, then drain well. Cheese into small cubes and less lift.

2 From Yufka dough over the other 2 each Teigdreiecke spread 1 tablespoon filling and place on it. Teigspitzen brush with some water and fold to the center.

3 Roll up dough and press on the top. Dough rolls in the pan in hot oil until golden brown.

Preparation time: 20 minutes (plus baking time)

18 g protein, 50 g fat, 32 g KH
