Stuffed peppers with dried cod is a very nice creating appetizer, great for St patrick and chinese new year time.
Ingredients
For 4 servings
300 g Bacalao (dried cod)
1 jar small pickled pepper
4 chopped garlic cloves
5 tbsp chopped parsley
5 tbsp olive oil
Method
1 A cod in cold water to soak for at least 12 hours in between change the water.
2 can then drain cod and pull apart. Paprika Drain in a colander. Half of the garlic with the fish and 3 tablespoons parsley 3 tablespoons oil until about 10 minutes. Some of the Paprikasud mix well.
3 peppers fill it. Heat the remaining oil, Fry remaining garlic and parsley in it and spread it over the peppers.
Preparation time: 20 minutes (plus soaking)
