Marinated lamb skewers is a firm family favourite, I make the pilaf to go with it, queen of the kitchen again.
Ingredients
For 4 servings
1 kg of lamb meat a. d. lobe
1 onion
4 garlic cloves
3 tablespoons lemon juice
75 ml olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped thyme
1 tablespoon paprika
1 / 2 dried chili pepper
2 tsp cumin
1 / 2 bunch chopped parsley
1 / 2 bunch chopped mint
1 each red and green
Pepper
Salt, pepper
3 red onions
Method
1 The flesh of tendon and fat free and cut into 4 cm cubes. Peel the onion and garlic for the marinade, chop and mix with lemon juice and olive oil. Thyme, Paprika, chili pepper, cumin and herb mix is included. The meat and mix it at least covered 4 hours to marinate.
2. Remove and let drain 2, marinade aside. Peppers Clean, wash and cut in half, remove stem and seeds and cut into pieces. Peel the red onions and cut into quarters.
3 The meat cubes, alternating with the slices of pepper and onion slices put on skewers with salt and pepper. Grill skewers about 5-7 minutes all around, at first brush it several times with the marinade.
