Grilled calamari was absolutely fantastic and so easy to make. A little messy because of the crumbing but so worth it, its a beautiful calamari.
Ingredients
For 4 servings
18-24 very small kitchen finished
Squid
coarse sea salt
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons white wine vinegar
3 garlic cloves
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 pinch of sugar
Salt, pepper
Method
1 A squid and sprinkle with sea salt soak for 10 minutes.
2 A grill pan and oil it a little heat to smoking point. Cuttlefish cooked in it about 1 minute, turn part of the time.
3 Mix the three remaining olive oil and wine vinegar. Peel the garlic through a press and. Stir in parsley and sugar, salt and pepper. Fish that mix and serve.
