Green Beans and Red Onion with Mustard Vinaigrette Dressing

Green Beans and Red Onion with Mustard Vinaigrette Dressing is briefly warmed to bring out the mustard's hot bite. You can also heat the dressing in a microwave-safe bowl at HIGH for 1 minute. nice thanksgiving recipe

Ingredients 
1½ pounds fresh green beans, trimmed
1 cup sliced red onion
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Method 
1. Cook green beans in boiling water 8 minutes or until tender crisp. Drain beans. 

2. Combine green beans and onion en large mixing bowl.

3. Whisk vinegar, mustard, olive oil, saft and pepper together in microwave-safe bowl. 

4. Cook mixture on HIGH for 1 minute. Remove from microwave and whisk mixture.

5. Drizzle dressing over bean mixture. Toss-well to coat.
