Carpaccio of pineapple saffron

Ingredients
1 pineapple
2 Deagu
1 kg sugar
Saffron
4 scoops strawberry ice cream

Method 
Pineapple peels and placed in a high-walled pot with water, sugar and saffron, until the pineapple this tiema.

Allow to cool in the syrup for later keep in the refrigerator all day

Cut the pineapple into thin slices and place in bottom of dish.

Then placed in the center a ball of strawberry ice cream with banana and pineapple juice.
