Chocolate mousse

Chocolate mousse is nice for New year occasion, Serve for your friend and Family.

Ingredients 
1½ cups silken tofu, at room
temperature, well drained
1 cup nondairy chocolate chips, melted
½ cup granulated sugar
2 to 3 tablespoons rum
or other liqueur (such as amaretto, coffee, or hazelnut)
or a combination, or
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon instant coffee
granules (optional)

Method 
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth and creamy. Spoon evenly into four 6-ounce ramekins.

Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours before serving. Store leftover mousse tightly covered in the refrigerator.

Chocolate Mousse Pie:
Spoon the mousse into the pie crust of your choice. Refrigerate for 6 to 12 hours. If desired, garnish with toasted nuts and Nutty Creme or the crème of your choice.

Chocolate Orange Mousse:
Omit the coffee and add 1 tablespoon of finely grated orange peel and ½ teaspoon of orange extract.
