Strawberries & Cream

Prep time: 10 minutes | Serves: 2

¼ cup coconut whipped topping or sugar-free cool whip
¼ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp organic honey
4 large fresh strawberries
1 tbsp almonds, finely chopped

1. In a small-sized mixing bowl, whip the cream if needed and add
the vanilla extract, and organic honey. Mix well.

2. Trim enough of the bottom off each strawberry for it to stand. Then cut off the top and hollow out the middle. Fill each strawberry with the sweetened cream mixture.

3. Sprinkle the top of the strawberries with the finely chopped
almonds and enjoy.
