Banana Frozen Yogurt

Prep time: 10 minutes | Makes: 4

5-6 (4 cups) bananas, sliced
¼ cup walnuts, finely chopped (optional)
½ cup low-fat plain yogurt
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp organic honey

1. In a food processor, add the banana slices, chopped walnuts (if
using), plain yogurt, lemon juice, and organic honey, process for 5
minutes until smooth.

2. Freeze in an airtight container for 5 hours or overnight. Alternately, serve immediately as a yogurt banana pudding.
