How to make SeafoodTart

Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 10 minutes | Serves 2

2 eggs
¼ cup cream cheese
¼ cup Greek-style yogurt
Himalayan salt and ground black pepper, to taste
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ pound (227 g) crab meat, chopped
¼ pound (113 g) raw shrimp, chopped
¹⁄cup Colby cheese, shredded

1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with the cream cheese and
yogurt. Season with salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, basil, and
oregano.

2. Stir in the seafood; stir to combine and spoon the mixture into a
lightly greased baking pan. Lastly, top with the shredded cheese.

3. Cover with a piece of aluminum foil.

4. Secure the lid. Choose the Steam mode and cook for 10 minutes at Low pressure. Once cooking is complete, use a quick pressure release; carefully remove the lid. Bon appétit!
